Pictures

I have been thinking of pictures lately. Ones that I have taken and ones that I would like to take.
When I see someone or a picture of someone I may see something in that person that another person does not see. Picture have such meaning to some and none to others or a completely different meaning.I really would love to start taking pictures of people just as they are, no posing or touching up just people being themselves.
I am wondering how I would go about this, do I need permission? Do I need them to sign something? And I would just put them on my blog and see what comments I get. Maybe it will never become more that just a few people seeing them...but just maybe it could be something. Any suggestions?

5K

I'm 46 years old and going to attempt to run my very first 5K race. Actually,its not a race for me. My goal is to be able to finish it and not come in last. I have been training, most wouldn't call it training, for the past few months.
I seem to start off with good intentions but then I slowly make excuses. But this time, I am determined to run it and finish it. I cant give up! The 5K is in August!!
Any suggestions?
